Protocol

A move with a control loop, not a clipboard.

Every object is scanned, every newton is measured, every mile is live. You watch it. We underwrite it.

01

Scan

Ninety seconds

A Finch unit meshes the origin in under ninety seconds. Every object becomes a node: mass, fragility, room, and destination. You approve the inventory from your phone — or let Oracle do it.

02

Pack

Conservator hands

Finch wraps, crates, and labels. Atlas clears structure. Nothing is stacked by guesswork. High-value items ride in climate cells inside the Hauler.

03

Transit

Night-legal freight

Hauler rolls on a live corridor. You watch the convoy on the Live board — unit IDs, inertial load, humidity, ETA. No dispatcher radio. No “truck is running late.”

04

Unpack

Room-faithful

At destination the inverse map runs. Beds rebuilt. Art rehung to the millimeter. Kitchen put away. The crew walks out. The apartment looks lived-in, not abandoned.

Insurance

Every object in the graph is covered at declared value. Claims are a rarity we treat as a systems bug.

HOA / buildings

We file elevator windows, COIs, and night-load permits before a robot rolls onto the curb.

Human override

A remote copilot can take any unit. Neighbors still see machines. You still have a person.
